These subsidiaries shall treat all personal data as confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws and will process such data only for the Purposes and within the terms set out herein. FM GROUP shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that vendors provide a comparable level of protection for the personal data they process on our behalf. FM GROUP implements stringent procedures and security measures to prevent unauthorised access wherever feasible. Personal data transmitted to FM GROUP via our website, applications or online credit card platforms is safeguarded during transmission through encryption technologies such as Transport Layer Security (“TLS”). Personal data stored by FM GROUP is housed within computer systems with restricted access and located in facilities employing robust physical security controls. All personal data maintained in non-electronic form is likewise subject to strict handling procedures and protective measures.
