Responsibilities
- Manage monthly P&L (OPEX & NIAT).
- Finalize & check monthly production report.
- Ensure trucks meet target trips per truck.
- Ensure timely liquidation of drivers/helpers.
- Supervise trip allocation/dispatch.
- Secure new direct accounts.
- Initiate cost-saving measures.
- Establish trucking tariffs.
- Comply with IMPEX processes.
- Ensure QMS compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Implement efficient departmental processes.
- Report on QMS performance & improvements.
- Promote customer-focused approach.
- Maintain integrity of QMS.
- Widen subcontractor network.
