Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch/region targets.
- Support and mentor Sales Executives in achieving their individual sales goals.
- Handle key client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate new leads, pitch services, and close business deals.
- Analyse sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present findings to management.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit control, and collection timelines.
