Responsibilities
  1. Lead the sales team to achieve overall business objectives and branch/region targets.
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies and budgets.
  3. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic accounts.
  4. Manage key client relationships at senior levels, ensuring retention and growth.
  5. Review performance of Assistant Managers and Sales Executives, providing guidance and coaching.
  6. Coordinate with senior management for forecasting, business planning, and reporting.
  7. Oversee collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Graduate / Postgraduate in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
  2. 6–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent business acumen with ability to develop and execute strategies.
  5. Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
