Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to achieve overall business objectives and branch/region targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies and budgets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic accounts.
- Manage key client relationships at senior levels, ensuring retention and growth.
- Review performance of Assistant Managers and Sales Executives, providing guidance and coaching.
- Coordinate with senior management for forecasting, business planning, and reporting.
- Oversee collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
