Responsibilities
  1. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch/region targets.

  5. Analyse sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present findings to management.
  6. Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for seamless execution.
  7. Ensure adherence to company policies, credit control, and collection timelines.
Requirements
  1. Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  2. 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales/business development.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  5. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to train, motivate, and support junior team members.
